My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, holistic, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when we attend to the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—not just symptoms. I work to meet you exactly where you are, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, goals, and pace. Your healing journey is personal, and your therapy should be too.
I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). This flexible, eclectic approach allows us to build skills for emotional regulation and coping, while also addressing deeper patterns shaped by past experiences and trauma.
I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and communication difficulties. I am a body-positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, and I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where you can feel seen, respected, and understood.
